The hotel facilities are modern, with a complementary breakfast, laundry and ironing services available for a fee, and own paid parking which adds to the convenience. The hotel staff are friendly, cute, and helpful with great English communication skills.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the nice and clean place along with the good breakfast and coffee that were provided. the room size was good and the Wi-Fi worked well. the location of the hotel was also convenient with easy access to taxis and nearby restaurants for dinner.
The lack of an elevator was inconvenient for bringing my luggage up and down. the lighting in the stairway was dim, which made it harder to see the steps and feel safe.

The room was clean and quiet. The staff was approachable and always ready to help. , the breakfast had a decent selection of food to start the day. The hotel was situated in a great location, very close to a tram stop and easy to move around.
The room was small and outdated. Even though the Wi-Fi was supposed to be free, it was extremely slow or not working at all most of the time.
